  • How do I make a reservation?

  • What is your cancellation policy?

  • Why is the Rooms pages showing no available rooms for my selected date(s)?

    Two-night reservations are required on most weekends, with a three-night minimum required for major holiday weekends and during peak season. This may cause our availability calendar to show “No Availability.” During the week (Sunday through Thursday nights), some rooms may not be available for a one-night stay.

  • Do you offer WiFi? What's the password?

    Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in our public areas and guest rooms and you will receive information about logging in at check-in.

  • Do you offer breakfast?

    Unfortunately, breakfast is not included in your room rate, and our cocktail lounge is not open for breakfast, however, we are happy to recommend something in the area!

  • Do you offer parking at The Nightingale?

    Each reservation at The Nightingale includes one standard parking space. Due to local construction, at this time we can not accommodate trailers, campers, or oversized vehicles. Questions? Please contact us—we’re happy to help!

  • Is there an on-site restaurant?

    Yes! Join us for light bites, cocktails and spirit-free offerings at The Neon Mallard, found on-site at The Nightingale

  • What is there to do in the area during my stay?

    Lucky for you, we put together a guide of our favorite destinations in and around town to check out!

  • Where is the hotel located?

    We are located at: 157 Pagosa St, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147. Each room has one dedicated spot. If you are coming with more than one car, please reach out to us in advance to make sure that we can accommodate it.

  • Are you pet-friendly?

    While we welcome Service Animals, unfortunately pets, including emotional support animals, are not permitted at our hotel. We are happy to recommend nearby kennels for use during your stay.

  • Do you allow children?

    The Nightingale welcomes well-behaved children of all ages, however, only a couple of our rooms can accommodate more than two persons (children and infants included). Please note our additional per person charge described in our policies. At this time, we are not able to provide any cribs or pack ‘n plays.

  • Are you ADA Compliant?

    Due to the historic nature of The Nightingale's building, we unfortunately do not have accommodations that fit ADA compliance standards. Please visit our sister property, High Creek Lodge and Cabins.

  • What if I have to check in early or late?

    We do our best to accommodate early and late check-ins with advanced notice. If you expect to arrive before or after check-in hours, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in begins at 4:00pm on your check-in date and check-out is by 11am on your check-out date.
